Terms of Service

1. General TermsBy commissioning me, you agree to these terms.I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.Communication can take place via Twitter, Instagram, or Discord.Provide a clear and detailed description of your desired idea.Commissions are drawn using my style.2. Payment TermsA non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins.The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery of the final file/s.For Live2D commission, a payment plan is accepted.Payment is accepted via PayPal.No refunds will be issued once work has started.If for any reason I am unable to complete the project, a full refund will be issued.3. Process and TimelineCompletion time is up to 2+ weeks for art and 2+ months for Live2d models due to my academic schedule.Clients may provide an estimated due date for their commission, which will be considered alongside the artist’s schedule.5. Prohibited UsesClients are prohibited from using the output for NFTs, AI training, or any content violating copyright laws.6. Credit and Portfolio UseThe artist reserves the right to share work-in-progress posts and the final output on their portfolio and social media platforms for promotional purposes.Clients are welcome to let the artist know if they would prefer to post the finished artwork first before it is shared on social media.You can repost my artworks as long as I am credited. (Stealing my artworks by removing or cropping out my signature is gravely prohibited)7. Additional FeesRush orders will incur an additional fee depending on the complexity of the work.If the client wishes to keep the commission private during the process (no WIP posts), an additional privacy fee of 30% of the total price will apply.8. Contact InformationPlease reach out in any of the aforementioned platform in the General Terms for any questions or to submit a commission request.For IllustrationsSkeb-StyleClients must clearly describe their request upfront to ensure accuracy. NO REVISIONS unless the artist forgot detail/s in the description.The artist will work based on the request provided.Clients are welcome to ask for updates during the process, allowing for a little more flexibility compared to the usual Skeb-style commission.The final artwork/s will be sent to the client once it is finished.For Live2d CommissionUsage RightsThe client may use the output for personal streaming, social media, and other projects.Commercial Use included.RevisionsThree (3) minor revisions are allowed after the sketch is completed.Three (3) minor revisions are allowed during the rigging phase.Additional revisions will be charged at $5/revision.Major changes (e.g., altering the character’s design after approval) will incur additional fees.Progress updates will be sent during the process.File DeliveryThe final product includes:
- Fully layered PSD file (Art)
- Exported Live2D file (Rig)
